2022 Scholarships

 

The following scholarships are available for students attending Mount Lawley Senior High School in 2022:

Academic and Financial Equity (Resource List) Scholarships | PDF
(One in each of Year 7 to 11)

The scholarship is applicable to purchasing books, materials and stationery from Campion Education.  It is not a school scholarship that reduces school Contributions or Charges nor may it be expended on uniform items at the Uniform Shop.

Anne Griffiths Scholarship for Vocational Education & Training | PDF
(Year 11)

The scholarship is tenable to a student undertaking a recognised program that is focused on training and work place learning (WPL). A student awarded the scholarship must be enrolled in an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Certificate course and a WPL course or endorsed program. If a student withdraws from one or both components, the scholarship is forfeited.

Gold Intercultural Learning Scholarships | PDF
(One in each of Year 11 and Year 12 ATAR Japanese)

Two scholarships are offered, one to a student in Year 11 and one to a student in Year 12 in 2022. To be awarded the scholarship, a student must be enrolled in ATAR Japanese.

Korean Association of WA Scholarships | PDF
(One in each of Middle and Upper/Senior School)

Two scholarships are offered, one to a student in Middle School and one in Upper/Senior School in 2022. To be awarded the scholarship, a student must be enrolled in a Korean Language Course for Middle/Upper School and Certificate II of Applied Languages Studies (Korean) for Senior School.

(Years 7 and 11)

A scholarship is offered to students entering Years 7 and 11 in 2022. To be awarded the Year 11 scholarship, a student must be enrolled in at least one senior secondary Society and Environment Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) course.

The Rotary Club of Mount Lawley Music Scholarship | PDF
(Year 11)

A Music scholarship is offered to a student entering Year 11 in 2021 who aspires to be an exceptional musician. To be awarded the Music scholarship, a student must be enrolled in a senior secondary Music Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) course.

The Peter Sparbier Perpetual Mathematics Scholarship | PDF
(Year 11)

To be eligible for the Scholarship applicants must:

  • Study Mathematical Methods and Mathematical Specialist in Years 11 and 12.
  • Undertake at least FIVE WACE subjects or equivalents, in Year 12.
  • Possess a demonstrated outstanding mathematical ability.
  • A demonstrated passion for mathematics.
Science Scholarships | PDF
(One in each of Years 7, 10 and 11)

A scholarship is offered to students entering Years 7, 10 and 11 in 2022. To be awarded the Year 11 scholarship, a student must be enrolled in at least one senior secondary Science Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) course.
