• Consults and collaborates with teachers, parents and agencies to meet the educational needs of students with disabilities and learning difficulties
• Monitors, reviews and adjusts individual education plans in consultation with staff, outside agencies and parents
• Models effective teaching and supports classroom teachers of students requiring significant teaching and learning adjustments
• Coordinates support for teachers from visiting teachers and outside agencies
