STEAM Fair

 

The first STEAM Fair was held in Year 7 Communities 3, 4 & 5 during the last week of Term 3.   Students have been researching the 17 UN Sustainability Goals and chose 1 goal to focus on in their group.

 

They were looking at ways to find solutions to problems on a community or global scale. There were lots of warm-hearted fundraising for charities (campfire-themed cupcakes, biscuits, brownies & rocky road always helps spread a message). There were also dynamic dioramas, informative posters, PowerPoints and quizzes rich in creativity and critical thinking!!! Well done, and here's to helping everyone understand that we can all make a positive impact.
