Dear Parents/Carers

UPDATED PROCEDURES FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF SCHOOL MONDAY 8 FEBRUARY 2021

In response to additional information, the procedures for the first day of school Monday 8 February have been updated.

Please note the following:

• Parents are to drop off at the school campus entrances. All students are to be wearing a mask. Staff will be circulating throughout the campus to welcome and support students.
• All students are to make their way to their Year group meeting point by 8.30 am. Any student not wearing a mask will be given one at their Year group meeting point.
  • Year 7 and 8 students to Middle School Common area
  • Year 9 and 10 students to Gymnasium
  • Year 11 students to the oval side of Dee Kaf
  • Year 12 students to lower floor of Senior School building
• At the Year group meeting point students will be welcomed by a member of the Executive Team and their Year Coordinator who will assign students to their form teacher. Form teachers will then take their form class to their form room.  Once in their form room students will be given their 2021 timetable.
• The regular school timetable will begin from Period 2.

In the event a student needs a replacement mask during the school day, they can go to their administration office to collect one.
