Our Bush Ranger Review 2014
Congratulations to our Bush Ranger Cadets for their efforts this year.
We have a video below, and a chance for you to hear from the Cadets themselves about their experiences this year.
We camped as far afield at Bluff Knoll and Shark Bay, with trips to the Dryandra Woodlands, Wellington Dam and Albany as well.
We cleaned beaches, fixed walkways in National Parks, added brush to dune systems, worked in the Project Eden captive breeding centre, and removed old fencing wire and a very large amount of weeds.
At the same time, our Cadets grew in their teamwork and leadership skills.
It has been great to see many of our Cadets extending those skills and taking up leadership positions in our school community, as Councillors, Prefects, House Captains, Arts Captain and Head Girl.
My thanks all of the Cadets for their hard work and enthusiasm, and especially to our Instructors, who enable our camps to take place.
