Carols Night Success

Many thanks to everyone who joined us on Friday evening for Carols on the Lawley Lawn.

In excess of 500 people joined us to hear the choirs from Mount Lawley SHS, Inglewood Primary and Mt Lawley Primary, accompanied by the Senior Concert Band and String Orchestra.

The night began with a program of performances by various ensembles from the school from just after 5:00pm, with the Carols beginning at 7:00pm.

Our great thanks to all of our student performers from each of the schools, and to the staff who have helped to prepare them for the event.

Many thanks also to the student volunteers who assisted with a wide range of activities.

We were very pleased to have Inglewood Primary School join us this year for the first time, and look forward to more of our local area intaks schools joining us in 2014.

Next year's Carols on the Lawley Lawn will be held on our usual date, the first Friday in December, which in 2014 will be Friday 5 December 2014.

Details of the carols and music will be available and distributed to primary schools from the end of term one.
