Television & Film Actor

At Mount Lawley Senior High School, Tammy represented the school in softball. However sport was not to be her calling.

A graduate of the Western Australian Acadamy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) after leaving Mount Lawley Senior High School, Tammy Macintosh has been a familiar face on Australian television and film for over 25 years.

Tammy performed as a dancer before getting a job as a reporter for the South Australian based show 'C'mon Kids'.

Roles in 'The Flying Doctors', 'Police Rescue', 'All Saints', 'Sea Patrol' and 'Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries' have established her as one of Australia's most popular actors. She has also appeared in a number of films, including 'Better Than Sex' and 'McLeods Daughters'. She has appeared in over 25 different TV series.

Tammy is perhaps best known, however, for her role as Dr Charlotte Beaumont in 'All Saints' - a role she was contracted to for 6 weeks. However, after 6 years she had become one of the show's longest serving cast members.

Tammy joined the cast of 'Farscape' as the alien, Joolushko Tunai Fenta Hovalis. The science fiction show achieved a cult following around the world, and 'Jool' became a popular character.

Tammy is currently starring in 'Wentworth'.

Tammy was inducted as a Lawley Legend in 2018.
