2025 Lawley Art Auction

The Lawley Art Auction (LAA), a committee of the school's P&C, has become a much-loved tradition and evolved to be an integral part of the MLSHS community. We would be delighted if you could join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the creativity of Western Australian artists, alongside musical performances to showcase the talents of the MLSHS students.

The LAA is a major fundraiser for the school's Music and Specialist Visual and Performing Arts (SVAPA) programs and is organised by parent volunteers with support from MLSHS staff. All proceeds from the evening go towards funding activities such as workshops with industry artists, excursions to special performances, and important equipment purchases. This funding ensures that the programs maintain their high quality and continue to produce graduates with a passion for and commitment to the arts.

The evening will showcase a diverse selection of artworks in a range of mediums, including oils, acrylics, watercolours, fine art prints, photography, textiles, sculpture, glass and ceramics. LAA features both established and emerging Western Australian artists.

There will be a variety of engaging activities throughout the evening, including a mystery puzzle challenge, the opportunity to win prizes on our raffle wheel, entry into our major fundraising raffle and the chance to take home a door prize. All prizes have been generously donated by the local community and our event sponsors. Guests will also be invited to cast their vote for the Jackson's People's Choice Award, recognizing a standout artwork as chosen by popular vote. EFTPOS facilities will be available.
